At Warrnambool West Primary School we believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  We want our students to be ready to start each brand new day of learning with full stomachs and happy, active minds.

Our Breakfast Club provides children with free, healthy breakfasts. This can lead to improved attendance and better learning conditions as well as the opportunity for students to socialise with peers before school. 

Students are invited to attend Breakfast Club at any time, even if they have had breakfast at home. 

Breakfast Club is open every morning from 8:30-8:55am in the school library. 

Some of the foods on offer to our students include: 

• Toast and spreads
• A selection of cereal
• Fruit juices and milk

We thank Warrnambool Lions Club and Extreme Life Church for their support in running our breakfast club. It would not be possible without these amazing volunteers!

We also thank Foodbank Victoria and Warrnambool and District Food Share for their continued support of our Breakfast Club. 

Students enjoy eating and socialising (with teachers too) during our Breakfast Club program. Table manners, positive behaviours and basic food eating etiquette are reinforced during Breakfast eating times.
