Warrnambool West runs its own Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program, managed directly by our School Council. That means the program stays closely connected to our school community and the families it serves.

Breakfastclub

Breakfast club is available Monday to Friday from 8.30am till 9am. Students enjoy a healthy Breakfast and some social time before the school day starts.

Before School Care

OSHC before school care runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7.30am to 9am. Students enjoy a healthy breakfast, games, creative activities and social time before the school day starts.

After School Care

OSHC runs Monday to Friday from 3:20pm to 6:00pm. Students enjoy a healthy afternoon snack, games, creative activities and social time with their peers in a safe, supervised environment.

How to Register

Bookings are managed through the Kidsoft Parent Portal. New families need to complete a one-time registration before making bookings. Once registered, you can manage your child's bookings and details anytime through the portal.
