Leadership
At WWPS, student leadership empowers our students with real responsibility, meaningful opportunities, and a strong voice in school life, encouraging them to contribute to both our school and the broader community. Supported by staff, students are given the support they need to sail towards success.
School Leaders
Our School Leaders are elected Grade 6 representatives who, as a team, lead whole-school assemblies, represent the student body, and act as ambassadors for our school at key events.
House Captains
Our House Captains are elected student leaders from Grades 5–6 who represent each of our school houses in sporting and house events. They lead their house on sports days, modelling teamwork, fair play, and our core values.
Junior School Council
The Junior School Council gives students a say in how our school runs. Class representatives meet regularly to think and share ideas, lead student-driven initiatives, and help shape future events and projects.
There are plenty of opportunities at WWPS for community-minded students to grow and practise their leadership.
